The Journey Begins
MIX Recording Studio was born from a place of perseverance, creativity, and the unwavering belief in the power of independent artistry.
Founded by Konstantin Podyachev, who started with nothing but a dream and a small studio in Hollywood, MIX Recording Studio has grown into one of Los Angeles' top recording studios, serving artists from
around the world.
In 2014, the founder moved to California with his family, seeking a fresh start in a new country. Despite his extensive experience and multiple degrees, the early years were marked by challenges and sacrifices. Working long hours in various jobs just to make ends meet, he faced the harsh reality that the American dream was not easy to achieve. But even in these trying times, the dream of creating a space where independent artists could thrive never faded.
By 2016, with his family temporarily back in Russia and himself living in a small, bare studio, Konstantin Podyachev turned his struggles into an opportunity. That humble studio space became the first Union Recording Studio, a place that would soon be known as the birthplace of a brand that empowers independent artists.
During this transformative period, three distinct recording brands were born: Union Recording Studio, ZOOM Recording Studio, and MIX Recording Studio. Each brand was created with the same core mission—to provide a nurturing environment for independent artists to create, record, and realize their musical visions.
