STUDIO TIME PACKAGE DEALS

Terms and Conditions:

Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email. To redeem your hours you’ll need to book your session through booking agents by calling or texting +1 323.218.7475 or via email Info@email.mixrecordingstudio.com.

You must notify us at the time of booking to utilize your prepaid package deal hours. When using package hours, the booking is paid for in full, no deposit will be required.

Package hours do not include Engineer Fee or any other extra services at MIX Recording Studio (Photo & Video production, Podcast, etc). These services will be paid separately.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, your package hours will be refunded to your account. However, if you’ll cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the session starting time your package hours will not be refunded.

Package hours must be used within 180 days (6 months) of purchase, as they do not roll over and will expire.

Package hours can be used to book future times outside of the 180 period without penalty, however if you are to cancel a booking outside of the 180 day period you will be refunded those package hours for 14 days. You will have 14 days to reschedule a date for those refunded hours, otherwise they will expire.

Once purchased, the package hours cannot be refunded for cash or credit.
